The country tourism seat „Elnio sapnas“ is located in Pakniškiai and Užtiltė villages, Zarasai district. The seat „Elnio sapnas“ is a wonderful place for the family rest in a quiet environment at a lake and at a forest.

The seat was built in accordance with the rules of implementation of the Lithuanian Country Development Programme 2007–2013 „Encouragement of the activity of country tourism“ and other legal acts; after the implementation of the project „Country tourism and menagerie“, two new houses, a sauna and a seat in the territory of the menagerie were built at Lake Plavis.
